Returns and exchanges
You can return an item within 30 days of buying it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags, and you have your receipt or order number.

Contact us first so we can tell you where to bring the item.
Ask at any of our branches.
Refunds
We refund to the way you paid: cash for cash, and online payments back to the card or mobile money account you used, once we have checked the item.
What we cannot take back
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged after purchase.
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us straight away and we will put it right.
