How do I know if something is in stock?
Choose your branch at the top of the shop. We show what that branch has. Items marked sold out are not available there right now.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a size guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one, or ask us.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Choose branch pickup at checkout. See delivery and pickup.
How do I pay?
Online by card or mobile money. Your payment is handled securely and we never see your card details. If you would rather pay another way, contact us.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the menu with your order number, or sign in to your account to see all your orders.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as you can, before it is packed.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days. See returns and exchanges.
