Privacy policy
SISTA KIDDY GLAMOUR respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use our shop, why, and what your rights are. We follow the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and what you ordered.
- When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your order history and your saved items.
- In our branches: your name and phone number if you join as a customer, and your purchases.
We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Paystack), who has its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To take, prepare, deliver and refund your orders.
- To contact you about your order.
- To keep our stock and sales records and to prevent fraud.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to serve you: our payment provider, and anyone who delivers your order for us.
How long we keep it
We keep order and sales records for as long as the law and our accounts require. You can ask us to close your account and delete what we are allowed to delete.
Cookies and your device
We save a few things on your device so the shop works: your bag, your saved items, your chosen branch, and a secure sign-in cookie if you have an account. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us using the details below.
